Merry Christmas!

We hope you all had a very Merry Christmas!!

Christmas Eve we went to church, dinner at IHOP and then to GG and Papaw's house to watch a movie. It was a blast trying to keep little miss away from all the presents!! P.S. I am blaming the rain on not having a nice picture in our church clothes!






Christmas morning we had to wake Cam up! She loves to sleep but had been up late the past 2 nights. When we went in there she just looked at us like why!! Once we got to the presents she saw 2 that were not wrapped. We are going to have to tell Santa to put the unwrapped toys to the side so she will open the wrapped ones first. We ended up having to put all her presents in the ball pit to get her to open them. Silly girl. Not to mention she was half asleep during all of this.





After we did Christmas at our house we headed to GG and Papaw's. Cam went around to each present and took the bow off, we were all cracking up at her. She didn't miss one! We had a wonderful Christmas and got lots of presents and had fun with family and friends but it is so important we do not forget the real reason we celebrate Christmas. The birth of our Savior!

Camryn and one of her sweet friends, Emma, had a cookie decorating play date. It was an adventure. The girls did great and had so much fun. Cam smelled like icing the rest of the day!

This is one of Camryn's sweet friends Grace. Camryn does not sit still for anyone. She is my busy busy girl. Somehow Grace can hold her and C just sits there. Amazing. Maybe one day I will be able to cuddle her.

Winter wONEderland

Last weekend Camryn had her first birthday party! Complete with a bounce house, hay ride and Santa! We had so much fun! Thanks to all our friends and family who came to celebrate our sweet girl. We are so thankful for y'all!



I thought when Papaw (matt's dad) said he was going to get a bounce house it was going to be small...WRONG. This thing was amazing. It had a basketball goal, slide and a football tackle obstacle thing! I think the adults enjoyed it as much as the kids. When everyone left that night we all got in! Cam was so sad when she had to get out!

Side note...The theme of the party was winter wonderland...so why a yellow cake?? good question! I asked for white. Sad.












Camryn loved her cake! She is a messy eater so I did not think she would disappoint!



On the hay ride we stopped by Papaw's manger scene. He did a great job and the kids really seemed to enjoy it. Every time Camryn sees it (including in Hobby Lobby) all she says is "OH WOW" over and over
