Pumpkins

Have I told you how much we love fall!! Last weekend we headed to our local farmers market to check out their pumpkin selection. They had a pumpkin that weighted in at 1,198 pounds!! And a smaller one that was around 500. I have never seen anything like this before!

Later on this week we had our own little pumpkin patch. I'm so glad Cam loves photo shoots, I see a lot of them in her future. However, she is not crazy about bows anymore...at least I snapped a few shots before she took it off. Happy Carving!!

October

October has been big month for the Wren family.

We celebrated Matt's birthday as well as his sister's. Camryn loved helping Auntie Erin open her presents! I can't wait to see her at her own birthday party!! For Erin's birthday dinner we went to a habachi restaurant. Cam loved loved loved it. She clapped for our waiter the whole time. He found her just as amusing as she found him!






Camryn experienced her first Baylor football game and the Dallas State Fair all at the same time! Matt had a fried snickers...Cam and I tried a bite but did not love it. It ended up being so hot and we were right in the sun. I was glad I had a hat and some sun screen for little miss. She was such a trooper and we had so much fun. ABC's

I made this for Camryn a few months ago. Our dinning room is going to be her play room since we have no need for a formal dinning. We have a big open wall and I didn't know what to put up there. So after some inspiration from another blog about ABC letters I headed to hobby lobby. I really like how it turned out and it was inexpensive to make which was perfect. I will post before and after remodel pics of the house soon!

HAPPY FALL

My tree

My lovely mother bought me a lemon and lime tree. I have been wanting one for a long time and finally got it! It only has one lime so far but I have my fingers crossed it will take off soon!




Cam and I go on walks every morning and on our walks there is a house with an amazing lemon tree. It has hundreds of lemons and I just want to go and pick them. It makes me so mad because I check on my little tree every day and they don't even care about theirs. Maybe one day a family will take care of the tree...or maybe i'll sneak some on my walk! Just kidding!

Oh and I have a tomato plant! I will post pics when they start growing which I think is going to be soon!

P.S. I really want a big garden. Maybe one day when I have a little more time and space!

I have a 9 month old??!!

The past 9 months have flown by! Camryn has changed so much! Here is what all our little miss is up to...

*says: mama, dada, baba, night night, no no, bye bye
*waves, gives high fives, blows kisses, claps
*crawls everywhere and has gotten really fast
*walks along things
*pulls up like it is nothing
*climbs
*falls a lot but never cries
*eats real food
*starting to stand up without holding onto anything

She is getting so big and we are having so much fun with her. I feel like she is doing something new every day! I feel so blessed to be able to stay home with her! Thanks Matthew!












And we still have no teeth as you can see!!

We are back!

Sorry we have been gone! We have had a busy summer and have a busy baby!

This summer we took Cam to the Houston Zoo, San Antonio Zoo and a Braves game. We also spent a week with my parents which was so much fun. I have not spent that much time at home since college and we never stopped the whole time but what are vacations for...to relax?? I wish.
